Ugochukwu moves to FIA F3 with PREMA
American racer set for next career step in 2025
PREMA Racing is delighted to announce that Ugo Ugochukwu will continue his tenure with the team to enter the 2025 FIA Formula 3 Championship.
The 17-year-old American joined PREMA in 2022 and experienced an extremely positive F4 stint, winning the 2023 Euro 4 Championship and finishing as a runner-up in the Italian Formula 4 Championship. A longtime member of the McLaren family, he is part of the McLaren Driver Development Programme.
For 2024, he stayed with PREMA for the Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine season, where he has been contending for podium finishes and showcased good speed.
Now with multiple positive experiences under his belt, Ugochukwu is looking to move forward and put his driving skills to fruition in the tight FIA Formula 3 battle next year.
