Performance: Our values have enabled us to create a collaborative team that continuously wins championships and produces world-class talent across F2, F3, F4, FR, F1 Academy, and IndyCar.
Racing is all about overcoming challenges. But increasingly, the challenges faced by our team require us to expand our definition of resilience and future-proof our legacy.
PREMA has a proven ability to adapt, learn from setbacks, and come back stronger as we pursue the highest levels of performance across engineering, strategy, and driver development.
We are listening to our fans, our stakeholders, and our partners as motorsport innovates in response to global challenges.

At PREMA, diversity and inclusion are not just abstract ideals but fundamental components of our strategy for sustained success and innovation. Our team consists of members from 22 different nationalities, spanning roles from drivers to engineers and management.
Women hold key leadership positions at PREMA, influencing strategic decisions and shaping the future of the team.

Highlight Women in leadership roles from organisation:

  • - Deborah Mayer

PREMA actively promotes female drivers through participation in F1 Academy and the Formula Regional series. Our decision to enter F1 Academy was driven by a desire to champion female drivers and provide them with structured career opportunities in motorsport.
F1 Academy provides a pathway for women in motorsport, offering high-level competition and exposure to Formula 1 teams and stakeholders.
By participating in F1 Academy, PREMA is:

  • - Developing female talent and providing them with the tools and competitive environment to progress through the ranks of motorsport.
  • - Supporting the growth of women in racing and reinforcing our belief in a merit-based system where talent is nurtured regardless of gender.
  • - Ensuring that the best young female drivers have the same access to our top-tier development program as male drivers.

Planet: Our home region of Veneto, Italy, draws its strength from its rich ecological heritage. We see it as our responsibility to minimise the impact of our activities on our local environment and protect our planet.

We recently expanded our factory in Grisignano di Zocco to be an efficient, state-of-the-art performance center, with solar panels installed to increase our use of renewable energy.

PREMA is working to build its sustainability credentials, implement concrete actions, and establish our carbon footprint baseline to work out an emissions reduction plan.

Passion: Success in motorsport is built on innovation.
We embrace cutting-edge technology and continuous improvement to stay ahead in the ever-evolving racing industry. Our approach has delivered multiple world championships and created an outstanding legacy within the racing world.
Success in motorsport is built on collaboration, and sustainability at PREMA will be a team effort. By building on our history of innovation, we aim to contribute sustainable solutions to the wider world.
