(hereinafter "PE") authorizes the viewing, downloading ("downloading") and printing of materials contained in the website premaracing.com (the "Site"), including the graphic layout of the Site, only for of use of the Site as an internal business resource, or for personal use, not for profit, in respect of the intellectual property rights existing on the materials contained on the Site (including images, illustrations, graphics, animations, videos, texts, icons, drawings and writings, etc.) in favor of PE or other companies that own such rights.

DATA BANKS PROTECTION

The website structure developed by PE contains a set of databases which, for the choice or arrangement of the materials, still constitute an intellectual creation belonging to the PE or to any third-party companies that license PE S.R.L. and, therefore, protected according to Legislative Decree no. 6.5.1999 n. 169.

USER COMMUNICATIONS
