Granada joins PREMA, Sephora for 2026 F1 Academy

Spanish racer set for full-time drive in single-seaters

PREMA Racing announces that Natalia Granada will enter the 2026 F1 Academy series with the team.

Born in 2008 in Spain, Granada started karting at 11 with her twin brother and delivered a solid early career at national level. In 2022, she joined the Iron Dames programme. She competed in the Spanish championship, Iame European Championship and Iame World Final, making positive steps and putting up solid performances.

In 2024, she had the chance to make her car racing debut as she took part in selected Ligier European Series rounds under the Iron Dames banner, which she continues to represent.

Granada, who already started to work with the team with simulation and testing, will make her first foray into single-seaters. Her efforts will be supported by prestige beauty retailer Sephora.
The 2026 season will kick off from March 13 to 15 at Shanghai International Circuit.

STEPHEN MITAS - TEAM PRINCIPAL & CEO
“We’re very much looking forward to seeing Natalia make the transition into racing cars for the 2026 F1 Academy season. She showed real promise in karting, and we believe she has the talent and determination to make a strong impression. While it will be her first year in single-seaters and there will naturally be a learning curve, we’re confident that with the right support she will adapt quickly and make significant progress as the season unfolds.”
