Formula 4 Italian Championship - Euro4

The Formula 4 concept was launched by the FIA to ease the path for young drivers to F1. With relatively lower budgets and a good amount of running, it is now the first step for any driver wanting to move from karting to single seater racing at the age of 15. PREMA believed in the concept since the very beginning, claiming the inaugural Italian Championship title with Lance Stroll in 2014. In the following years, more achievements came with Ralf Aron, Juri Vips, Marcus Armstrong, Gabriele Minì.

The team now enters several F4-based championships, with the Italian one as its main commitment. The racing programmes include trips to the German ADAC Championship and the F4 UAE Championship.

For 2022, the series will feature a new concept including higher safety standard and the use of the Halo system. The new, safer car made its debut in the Emirates, with PREMA dominating the field in the support event for the 2021 Grand Prix of Abu Dhabi, and cruising to multiple wins in the F4 UAE season.
