Ronnie Quintarelli

Biography

After starting his karting career in 1990, Quintarelli scored two second place finishes in the World Formula Super A championship and a European Formula C title. He made his single seaters debut in 2000 with PREMA in the Italian Formula Renault Championship, finishing third. In 2003, he moved to Japan, taking the All-Japan F3 title the following year. In 2005, he made his GT debut and claimed victory in the 1000 km Suzuka and was briefly a test driver for the Midland F1 Racing team. Since 2007, never moved away from SuperGT and went on to become the most titled driver in Japanese GT history. Now in his 10th season as a Nissan manufacturer driver, he won the championship a record four times in 2011, 2012, 2014 and 2015.
