PREMA looks for continued progress in FIA F3 finale

R10 Monza - FIA Formula 3 Race Preview

The FIA Formula 3 Championship is set for its 2025 finale at the mighty speed temple of Monza. Competing in one of the most unique and legendary settings in motorsport history, PREMA Racing will enjoy the home environment and looks forward to finishing a challenging season on a high note.

Monza will provide unique challenges, especially with its high-speed straights and tough braking zones, where drivers have to sensibly balance aggression and conservation. Coming from three podiums in the last three championship rounds, the team has seen its 2025 efforts pay off with solid pace and a generally consistent showing.

American Ugo Ugochukwu is headlining the team with two second places to his credit, and wants to back up his impressive progres with another top result, while Noel Leon, who also has secured a podium lately, is willing to catch up as much as possible. Having had a tough start to his F3 campaign, Brando Badoer has also been on a rise, and having three points finishes in three races highlighted a rising potential.

The weekend is expected to feature great racing weather and a slightly altered schedule, with two qualifying groups to prevent traffic and disruptions to the drivers' attempts. Running on the Pirelli P-Zero Yellow Soft rubber, tyres will need to be managed as well to avoid running into degradation, which might add a further variable for teams to deal with.

RENÉ ROSIN - Team Principal

"It has been a tough season for us, but the hard work we have done has started to pay dividends, and we are looking forward to continuing the good trend at Monza. Finishing the season on a high note would be a great reward for everyone and would add even more motivation to start preparing for next year."
