PREMA hits Marina Bay for penultimate round of 2025

R06 Singapore - F1 Academy Race Preview

F1 Academy returns to its most iconic venue at the Singapore Grand Prix this weekend, as the series is set for its penultimate round of the year at the stunning Marina Bay street course.

PREMA Racing is heading out as the championship leader in Singapore, with Doriane Pin relying on a hefty 20-point advantage. The Frenchwoman secured three wins so far and had great consistency throughout the season, displaying speed and management skills.

Nina Gademan has also become a race winner, taking P1 in the first race of her home weekend at Zandvoort. The Dutch racer has climbed up to P6 in points but has room for more. On the other hand, consistency was strong for Tina Hausmann, who sits eighth with seven points finishes.

Last year, Singapore proved tricky. Although it features the normal pitfalls of street courses, the circuit is wide and fast. The weather is also a unique feature, with generally high temperatures and humidity. In addition, forecasts are variable, with chances of thunderstorms.

RENÉ ROSIN - Team Principal

"We are heading to Singapore with the goal of delivering solid results and getting closer to the title. We need to keep scoring points and especially with Doriane, and stay on the podium. It won't be easy because this track is quite demanding from many points of view, but we already got two podiums last year. We have made progress from then, and we cannot wait to get back on track."
