PREMA Racing delivers dominant Formula Trophy hat-trick

Aksoy wins driver and rookie title in brilliant fashion

As the 2026 Formula Trophy championship came to its conclusion in Yas Marina, Mumbai Falcons, in collaboration with PREMA Racing, secured an amazing hat-trick by claiming all three titles and winning five races out of seven.

Starting from Dubai Autodrome, Turkish racer Alp Aksoy emerged as one of the leading favourites as he not only achieved three rookie wins, but took two poles and posted his first overall win.
After harvesting points in round 2, Aksoy clinched the title with another win and a podium in the Abu Dhabi finale, ending up with a considerable margin over his closest competitor. He also dominated the rookie classification by winning every single race.

Oleksandr Bondarev came in for round 2 at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, and didn't miss a beat, going from two poles to two wins and two fastest laps.

Payton Westcott was not less impressive by any means, winning overall in Dubai's race 2, and achieving two additional points finishes.

Making his first F4 starts, Beco Bernoldi put up promising showings and stayed in the hunt for the points, showing solid potential for the season ahead.

ANGELO ROSIN - TEAM FOUNDER

“We couldn't be more satisfied with how the Formula Trophy season went and how our drivers are developing as we look forward to the 2026 challenges. Alp and Sasha did a tremendous job scoring so many wins and poles, while Payton was really impressive and even took her maiden win, which is an amazing boost for her confidence. Beco worked well, and I'm sure that he will continue to make progress."
