PREMA Racing set for Hockenheim FRECA finale
Coming from a successful run at Zandvoort, where Andrea Kimi Antonelli secured the drivers' title with one round to go, PREMA Racing is already set for the Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine finale this weekend at Hockenheim. The battle for the Team Championship will go down to the wire at the technical 4.6 German venue, which will be new for the series. The team relies on a hefty 43-point advantage, but with twice that amount available for grabs, the fight is not over. Aiming to support the cause, Rafael Camara will come back after a tough experience in the Netherlands, which was complicated by treacherous weather conditions. The Brazilian is currently fifth in points, with an eye on P4. Spaniard Lorenzo Fluxá sits sixth in the driver championship, and while he showed pace with an amazing recovery in race 2 at Zandvoort, he is looking forward to a smooth weekend start, especially in terms of qualifying. The weather might come into play again in Germany, with autumn temperatures and rainfalls expected so extra focus will be required to execute the weekend and achieve the ultimate goal.
