PREMA Racing, Bearman rise to top-5 finish at Yas Marina
Ollie Bearman delivered an outstanding recovery today at Yas Marina for PREMA Racing. The British racer had a quick reaction at the start and vaulted to the top 10 in the opening stages, quickly entering the points zone with a clean and smooth drive.
Bearman later capitalized on race situations to elevate himself up to P4 in the closing phases. Having picked up a track limits penalty, he was eventually demoted to P5 which did not take away from a superb run.
Unfortunately, he was PREMA's lone runner today as, prior to the race, the Team had to retire Kimi Antonelli’s #4 car. After feeling unwell, and on doctor's advice, the Italian sat out of the Sprint Race to rest and recover ahead of tomorrow's Feature Race.

"Nice race out there. A bit of a pity to get the track limits penalty, because I was really close around this track. Otherwise, the car felt amazing. I did a good lap 1, but I was just missing a bit of pace at the end to be able to overtake Aron. We have a good base and we just have to do a little bit of fine-tuning for tomorrow."
